This means the property, practical, commercial and financial sides of a decision can be considered together by one team. The descriptions on this website - including references to leases, purchases, refurbishment arrangements, profit-sharing and rental structures - are intended to illustrate the kinds of help we may be able to provide. They are not an offer to enter into any particular arrangement, and no arrangement is formed simply by contacting us or using this website.
Any service we provide, and any arrangement we agree with you, will be subject to a separate written agreement that sets out the specific terms. That agreement will take precedence over anything described in general terms on this website.
